Thank you for purchasing a Kritter Grate™. We proudly manufacture our products in the USA and stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials.
Every Kritter Grate is backed by our Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing under normal residential use.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Product failure resulting from normal use
- Cracking or breaking not caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
If your Kritter Grate is determined to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper installation
- Accidents or abuse
- Alterations or modifications
- Improper maintenance
- Damage caused during removal
- Fire, flood, storms, or other acts of nature
- Commercial misuse or applications outside the intended purpose
Normal cosmetic wear, discoloration, and surface scratches that do not affect performance are not considered warranty defects.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:
- Contact Kritter Grate Customer Support.
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Include photographs of the product and the issue.
- If requested, return the defective product for inspection.
- Submit Online Warranty Claim
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning the product for warranty evaluation.
If the warranty claim is approved, Kritter Grate will repair or replace the product and ship the replacement back to the customer at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product. Kritter Grate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damage to gutters, roofing, landscaping, or other property.
Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Kritter Grate.
